Opera Librettos Journal

Opera is one of our great passions at Scriptum, and we are always looking for new ways to incorporate it into our daily lives, so we are proud to present our Opera Librettos Journal.

This journal has been designed to hold translations of our favourite arias for perusing during your listenings, allowing you to connect even more deeply with the stories that are unfolding. The journal is large enough to contain many arias, but has been thoughtfully designed to fit into a jacket pocket or small bag, enabling you to bring your handwritten translations to opera houses with you, creating a truly unique viewing experience for yourself and your companions.

The journal's cover - designed here in Oxford and brought to life by our bindery in Piacenza - features an ornate art deco design on the front, and has the words to Catalani's despondent aria Ebben? Ne andrò lontana on the back - a favourite in our Turl Street shop. The journal contains 72 acid-free, plain pages to hold your cherished arias within.

Made in Piacenza, Italy.
