Art Deco Zoetrope

The zoetrope is an early animation device which uses slits in a spinning cylinder to trick your eye into seeing pictures as an animation. Early versions were in use from the mid-1800s, and this replica is spun by hand just like the zoetropes of old.

The outside is decorated with an attractive blue and gold art deco design, and it comes with 19 different animations.
